Day 1
Departures from Knaresborough and Ripon & Harrogate. We travel via the Motorways, stopping en-route to Wallington House and gardens for the afternoon.
Later we check in to our hotel where Dinner is Served.
Day 2
Breakfast is served. This morning we visit Holy Island, where you can walk to Lindisfarne Castle and get some lunch. In the afternoon, board a Billy Shiels Boat for a two and half hour cruise to Inner Farne, where there will be one hour on the island. – This is subject to sea conditions. Dinner is served in the Hotel.
B, DDay 3
Breakfast is served. Today we have afull day at Cragside House and gardens including a cream tea. Dinner is served in the Hotel.
B, CT, DDay 4
Breakfast is served.
The morning is spent at Seaton Delaval House with a guided tour. In the afternoon, travel to Tynemouth – there is a curio fair in the grounds of the Metro station and time for an ice cream!
Dinner is served in the Hotel.
Day 5
Breakfast is served.
We check out of the hotel and head through the Tyne Tunnel to South Shields, along The Lees to Souter Lighthouse. In the afternoon visit Washington Old Hall. Later enjoy a two-course meal on your homeward journey.
We expect to return between 19.00 — 20.00.hrs.
